Complement to a healthy life, however active you are. We start working to build up the smaller or weaker muscles and some cases new ways to move through movements or exercises. As much possible we aim for “whole body” exercises.
We look at how we stand and how we walk and see if the action or movement is as efficient as it could be. We look to align the body first, identify the area we are concerned with and then "work".
